DentalAce Online Booking: 5 ways and 5 clicks to goal
As outlined in our last blog post, DentalAce is the only online platform that actively brings new patients to your DentalAce profile via targeted marketing measures in social media and popular search engines. Every successful patient acquisition strategy also involves an efficient appointment booking process and our platform also provides a convenient and easy to use solution to you and your practice in that respect.
Booking dental appointments can be a lengthy an annoying task for both dentists and their patients due to long waiting times on the phone, long phone conversations, and, occasionally, long email chains back and forth. We from DentalAce have not only sustainably and reliably simplified the appointment booking process, but we also guarantee our dentist members and their patients that they will be able to book an appointment in 5 or fewer clicks via one of the following 2 innovative new ways:
- Online Appointment Booking: As a dentist, you enter your available appointment times into your DentalAce calendar (ideally several weeks into the future) and patients book appointments with you by themselves by clicking on the green available appointment bubbles in your profile. Appointments are booked in only 5 or fewer clicks without you having to move a finger.
- Online Appointment Request: As a patient, you fill out our personal request form into which you enter your desired appointment, appointment time, and even maximum price and then wait for our member dentists to invite you into their practices. As a dentist, it takes less than 30 seconds and fewer than 5 clicks to send out an invitation.
Of course we have also built in additional functions for more traditional patients to allow them to book appointments via the DentalAce platform. After only one simple click onto the profile of a selected dentist, a patient may avail him- or herself of one of the following ways to an appointment:
- Phone Number Click: As a patient you take a look at the profile of a selected dentist and then click on his or her phone number. Afterwards, your appointment is only a short call away.
- E-Mail Click: As a patient you take a look at the profile of a selected dentist and then click on his or her email. Afterwards, your appointment is only a short message away.
- Homepage Click: As a patient you take a look at the profile of a DentalAce member dentist and then click onto his or her homepage link to find more information about the practice. Afterwards, your appointment is only one swift online booking or a short call or message away.
