1 Quarter '21 - Quarterly Report for our dentist members and soon potentially also for you!
Dear dentists,After finishing up the first quarter of 2021, we are back with an update regarding the value add that a DentalAce membership has to offer for dentists.
Put succinctly, overall online bookings through our platform saw a growth of 150% in 1Q'21 compared to 1Q'20. For more detailed information, read on.
Supported with data, this means that our members received about 27 bookings during the first 3 months of 2021 as opposed to roughly 11 bookings during the same period in the previous year. Put differently, instead of getting roughly 3 bookings per month, our members received over 9 bookings per month in the first quarter of 2021.
And with 9 bookings from the DentalAce platform, the entire EUR 99 membership costs incl. VAT are more than covered. More infos about our subscription options are available on our dentist homepage.
Also, in terms of patient demand, we are constantly collecting data and have provided a few interesting tidbits for you below. In case of interest, you can take a look at our analytics package option for members right here online to get additional infos like the ones below on an ongoing basis.
As expected, the novel composite fillings gained in popularity last year and emergency dentist appointments also saw a spike, likely driven by Covid-19 and the related lockdowns.
Otherwise, we can also see quite sizeable growth of several other core procedures (e.g., dental consults and professional dental cleanings), which is at least in part driven by the general increase in the number of appointment bookings through the DentalAce platform. This trend is in line with the expectations that we set in our 2020 Review & 2021 Outlook back in January.
With the targeted use of this and other relevant statistics you can adjust your treatment offering and, in part, even treatment pricing to your immediate vicinity to better meet patient demand.
