2 Quarter '21 - Quarterly Report for our dentist members and soon also for you!
Dear dentists and dental technicians,
We are checking in with our quarterly performance report for the 2nd quarter of 2021 in order to provide clear statistics that show the value that our dentist members are deriving from their memberships.
Put succinctly: Online appointment bookings rose in the 2nd quarter of 2021 on average by 100% (2x) since the same time a year ago. Further info and statistics can be found in the following blog post.
This is why our longer-term members received an average of 41 bookings through our platform in the time period between April 1 and June 30, 2021 compared to roughly 20 during the same time period a year ago. Put differently, instead of 7 bookings per month, our members received about 13 bookings per month in the 2nd quarter of 2021.
As a dentist who is not yet a DentalAce member, you could also get 13 or more new patients per month which would more than offset our monthly membership fee of EUR 99 incl. VAT. Additional information about our subscription plan options can be found on our dentist homepage HERE.
We also continued gathering data on patient demand (procedures and pricing) in our concise analytics package (more infos can be found HERE) which you can get for free through the end of 2021 with a new account registration prior to August 31, 2021. Details about this offer are available HERE and we have also provided a brief excerpt of data regarding dental treatment trends in the 2nd quarter 2021 as compared to the same period in the previous year.
As you can see, there was a quite rapid growth among core procedures (e.g., initial consultations and professional dental cleanings) with professional dental cleanings seeing the fastest growth - likely because many people returned to their usual dental hygiene regimen after the city reopened.
