How much does DentalAce cost with 0, 3 or 7 online bookings?
DentalAce is introducing a new membership model for dental practices joining DentalAce and using the DentalAce calendar. The base fee is €59 per month, plus €10 for each online booking that is not cancelled. The total monthly fee is capped at €129. All prices include VAT.
Based on our experience, practices that regularly offer available appointments in the DentalAce calendar receive 100 or more online bookings per year.

How much does DentalAce cost with 0 online bookings?
If there are no online bookings in a month, you pay only the €59 base fee.
How much does DentalAce cost with 3 online bookings?
Three online bookings that are not cancelled add €30 to the base fee. Your total for that month is €89.
How much does DentalAce cost with 7 online bookings?
With seven online bookings that are not cancelled, you reach the monthly cap of €129. Further bookings in the same month do not increase the fee.
Which practices qualify for the new model?
The new model applies to new practices using the DentalAce calendar. This allows online bookings to be recorded and billed transparently.
What if my practice already uses its own online calendar?
Patients can be directed from your DentalAce profile to your existing calendar. Your current booking process remains unchanged. This option continues to cost €99 per month, including VAT and a button linking to your calendar.
Based on our experience, DentalAce member practices with an external calendar have received 300 or more referrals to their calendar per year. We cannot track how many patients subsequently complete a booking in an external calendar.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Membership can be cancelled monthly.
Does creating a practice profile incur any costs?
No. Creating a practice profile is free and does not start a membership. Paid membership is activated solely by DentalAce and only after you have expressly confirmed it.
